They say In 1939, the standard tuning frequency for sound recordings was changed from 432 Hz to 440 Hz. Some peoole argue that this change deliberately altered the natural sound. Should we be using 440 Hz? Are we all tuning our instruments/daws incorrectly, and is this change something we can trace back to the Nazis?
